No insurance? No problem! Next Level offers fixed self-pay prices for our visits. Self-pay patients will never be charged more than $265 at our clinics. Scroll down for our self-pay pricing.
Additionally, Next Level never charges if we decide your condition would best be treated in an emergency room.Â
If you haven’t yet met your deductible, you will be charged the negotiated rate based on your insurance carrier. Once you’ve met your deductible, your urgent care benefits will be determined by your insurance plan. We are able to verify your benefits at your time of service. If you would like information specific to your plan, call your insurance carrier on the number on the back of your card.Â
Next Level Urgent Care offers a cash payment discount for patients with high deductible insurance plans or no insurance at all. This option often leads to significantly lower out-of-pocket costs compared to what you would typically pay through your insurance. Our basic service fees are listed below. Â Self-pay pricing is listed below.
A standard visit that can include simple screening labs
A visit that can include X-ray, medication administration and vaccination
A visit that includes incision and drainage, suture, foreign object removal, asthma treatment, and/or splinting.
