Next Level was founded by Dr. Juliet Breeze, who is also a mother. She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room.

Since our opening in July 2013, we’ve expanded our services to include work injury care and onsite wellness clinics for employers. By collaborating with primary care providers and specialists, we make sure that our after- hours care is of the highest quality, and we make it easy for our patients to transition back to their regular doctors for continued care.

Fast and affordable care, trusted by you

As the first in Texas to earn Urgent Care Center Accreditation from the AAUCM, we offer a high-quality, affordable care for non-life-threatening conditions. Our services are faster and 5-10 times less expensive than an ER visit, with average copays of $25-$100 and transparent pricing of $180-$255 for uninsured patients.

Our facilities have on-site x-ray equipment and skilled providers ready for acute cases. For severe conditions, we refer patients to the ER and stabilize them if needed while waiting for 911 responders. If a condition is beyond our scope, the visit is free, and the patient is directed to the emergency room.
