At our Next Level Urgent Care Sugar Land clinic, everything is designed around your comfort and convenience. We treat conditions that need immediate attention but are not life threatening such as: sprains, strains, fractures, lacerations, allergies,flu symptoms, rashes, and congestion issues. With on-­site X-‐ray and skilled providers, we can treat anything from cuts requiring stitches to broken bones. Your co-‐pay will always be much less than at an emergency room. For those who do not have insurance, we offer discount pricing.

Next Level also offers sports physicals for school aged children for $35. If you don’t have your school’s physical form you can download it CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD and just bring it with you to the clinic.

 If our Sugar Land location is too far south, visit our location in Cinco Ranch, conveniently located in Katy, TX.
