The Next Level in Patient Care

At Next Level Urgent Care, everything is designed around your comfort and convenience.  We treat people of all ages for conditions that need immediate attention but are not life threatening such as sprains, strains, fractures, lacerations, allergies, cold and flu symptoms, rashes, and gastrointestinal issues.

With on-site X-ray, skilled providers, and orthopedic physicians on call, we are equipped to diagnose and treat broken bones.  If your condition requires a specialist, we will even make you an appointment for an in network specialist before you leave our clinic.

Your co-pay will always be much less than at an emergency room. For those who do not have insurance, we offer reasonable self-pay rates and the option to purchase visits in bulk for additional savings.

Next Level also offers sports physicals for school aged children for $40. If you don’t have your school’s physical form, click here to access sports physical forms for most Houston school districts. Bring the form with you to the clinic and we’ll take care of the rest!

We look forward to caring for you!
