Our Cinco Ranch Clinic for Next Level Urgent Care is located at the intersection of Cinco Ranch Blvd and Spring Green.  We care for Fulshear, Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows, Brooks Ranch, Simonton, Westin Lakes and everywhere in between.  We can treat everyone in the family from newborns to grandparents.

When designing this facility, comfort and convenience were one of our top priorities. Bringing in the latest technology, including an on-site X-ray, and a highly trained medical staff, we are able to alleviate the need to spend large amounts of time and money at an emergency room on conditions that need immediate attention but are not life threatening such as: sprains, strains, fractures, lacerations, allergies, flu, rashes, and congestion issues.  Your co-pay will always be much less and we accept all insurances.  For those who do not have medical insurance, we offer discount pricing.

Physicals for school athletics are only $35.  Need your school’s physical form?  You can download it  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD  and just bring it with you to the clinic.  In an effort to provide the best urgent medical care in Katy, Texas, we have extended hours from 7am-9pm, 7 days a week, with no appointment necessary.  If our Katy location is too far north, visit our location in  Long Meadow, conveniently located in the Richmond/Rosenberg area.
