What is the difference between urgent care and ER in Austin?

Any illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening may be treated at an urgent care. Urgent cares typically provide services at a fraction of the cost of an emergency room for the same level of care and within a much shorter wait time. If you are experiencing a life-threatening health issue, such as chest pains or a severe wound, or if you require urgent care outside of our operating hours, call 911 or go to the closest hospital emergency room.

Can I schedule an appointment at an Austin urgent care?

You can schedule a same-day appointment using our mobile app. You can also use the mobile app to “get in line” virtually.

Can you go to urgent care for everything?

Urgent care facilities treat a wide range of non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Next Level Urgent Care’s locations in Austin also offer services such as pre-employment, DOT, and sports physicals.
