Who started Next Level Urgent Care?
Next Level Urgent Care’s CEO, Juliet Breeze, M.D., founded the company with her business partner, Tom Gee. Dr. Breeze practiced medicine as a family practice physician and had a successful career in practice management and development. She was named the Ernst and Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” finalist for growing the Richmond Bone & Joint Clinic from two to 21 physicians and expanding from one to three locations.
Do patients need an appointment for urgent care?
No. Patients never need an appointment to be seen at Next Level Urgent Care centers. Patients are seen on a walk-in basis within minutes of arriving at the clinic.
Are Next Level Urgent Care centers open on holidays?
Next Level Urgent Care clinics are open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and are only closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
How does Next Level treat conditions requiring ongoing care and monitoring?
Next Level Urgent Care is not meant to take the place of a primary care physician. Patients are referred back to their primary care provider for ongoing care. Those without a primary care physician are referred to an area primary care provider currently accepting new patients.
How long do patients wait to be seen in urgent care clinics?
Next Level Urgent care patients are typically seen within minutes. Visits for patients with simple complaints can take as little as 30 minutes and most patients complete their visit within an hour. Since urgent care patients can walk-in to be seen at any time, occasionally patients may experience longer than the typical waits. Next Level makes every effort to staff our clinics appropriately to keep wait times to a minimum.
