OUR FAVORITE SPA WATER COMBINATIONS

We all know how important water is to our health, but let’s face it, plain water is just not as exciting as our daily iced coffee. We can absolutely spruce our water up though which is where these tasty spa water combinations come in!


Here are our favorite spa water combinations.  Let us know if you try them out!


Orange Blueberry

Ingredients:

2 mandarin oranges, in segments

A handful of blueberries

Ice and cold filtered water


Directions:

Fill your pitcher to the top with ice and fruit.

Pour water over until it reaches the top of the pitcher and allow it to infuse for at least 1 hour before enjoying.


Grapefruit, Cucumber, Mint


Ingredients:

2 Grapefruits, segmented

½ Large cucumber, sliced

1 handful of fresh mint

Ice and cold filtered water


Directions:

Fill your pitcher to the top with ice and fruit.  Scrunch up your mint before adding it in so that it releases its flavor.  Pour water over until it reaches the top of the pitcher and allow it to infuse for at least 1 hour before enjoying.


Raspberry Lime


Ingredients:

1 cup sliced raspberry

2 limes sliced

Ice and cold filtered water


Directions:

Fill your pitcher to the top with ice and fruit. Pour water over until it reaches the top of the pitcher and allow it to infuse for at least 1 hour before enjoying.


Strawberry, Lemon, Basil


Ingredients:

4-6 Strawberries, hulled and quartered

½ lemon, sliced

Small handful of basil

Ice and cold filtered water


Directions:

Fill your pitcher to the top with ice and fruit.  Scrunch up your basil before adding it in so that it releases its flavor.  Pour water over until it reaches the top of the pitcher and allow it to infuse for at least 1 hour before enjoying.


Watermelon Mint


Ingredients:

6 c seedless watermelon, cubed

½ c lightly packed fresh mint leaves

Ice and cold filtered water


Directions:

Fill your pitcher to the top with ice and fruit.  Scrunch up your mint before adding it in so that it releases its flavor.  Pour water over until it reaches the top of the pitcher and allow it to infuse for at least 2 hours or overnight before enjoying.
