Juliet Breeze, MD

CEO and Medical Director

Juliet Breeze, MD graduated from Northwestern University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English. In 1995, she earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed residency training in Family Practice at Memorial Hermann Southwest in 1998 where she received the Norma Culver Outstanding Family Practice Resident award. She founded a private practice in Richmond, Texas and worked in group practice for four and half years before leaving to pursue the business aspect of medicine.

She served as the CEO of Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic for ten years and the President of Kingsland Surgery Center for three years. She has project-managed all aspects of design, construction, and operations for several hospitals, surgical centers, and physician practice start-ups.

Currently she serves as CEO and Medical Director of Next Level Urgent Care, LLC where she is able to combine her business skills with her primary care background. In Next Level Urgent Care she has combined her customer experience focus with her dedication to quality and consistency of care.

Dr. Breeze enjoys traveling, language study, and cooking in her free time. She also enjoys time with her husband, children and host of pets.

Robbyn Traylor, MD

Chief Medical Officer

Robbyn L. Traylor, MD is a 6th generation Texan who was raised in Fort Bend county. She graduated from Kempner High School in 1997, and matriculated to Prairie View A&M University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After this she attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine where she graduated in 2005. Dr. Traylor attended the Wesley Family Medicine residency program, and is now a board-certified family physician. During her professional career she has gained experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and immediate care. She is grateful for the opportunity to provide quality care for patients of all ages in the greater Houston area. In her spare time Dr. Traylor enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Terence Chang, MD

Terence Chang MD FAAFP is a fellowship-trained, board-certified sports medicine family physician. He joined Next Level Urgent Care as a staff physician in October 2013.

Prior to Next Level, he served as faculty physician at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, taught medical students from Texas A&M and UTMB as a clinical assistant professor, and practiced at Physicians at Sugar Creek and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. He was head medical team physician for a local NCAA Division 1 university and captain for the Houston Marathon’s finish line medical team. He provides event coverage for USA Volleyball and Ironman Triathlons and is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.

Dr. Chang received his MD from UTMB in Galveston, trained at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program where he was one of the Chief Residents, and finished his training at Bayfront Sports Medicine Fellowship Program with the University of South Florida and Eckerd College. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

Wil Jeudy, MD

Wil Jeudy, MD completed his medical school at UT Health Science Center - Houston and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. He has also completed extra training in Medical Bariatrics. He was raised in the Rio Grande Valley, and is fluent in Spanish. His special interests include live music, photography, cooking, and travel/exercise when time allows. He is generally awesome.

Karen Rakers, MD

Dr. Karen Rakers is originally from rural Illinois, and attended Saint Louis University for undergraduate studies and medical school. She completed her residency at MacNeal Family Medicine in Berwyn, IL and has since practiced general family medicine and been a consultant in compliance review. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. 

Dr. Rakers is married with three children and lives in the Sugar Land community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and exploring the Houston area. 

Margaret Umah, MD

Dr. Umah is a board certified family physician who has worked with Next Level since 2015. A native Missourian, she graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 2009. She then completed a residency at Memorial Family Practice Residency Program. While she continues to practice family medicine in the hospital and clinical setting in Richmond, Texas, she works part time at Next Level Urgent Care due to her interest in acute care and minor procedures. She looks forward to continuing to work with Next Level Urgent Care in helping patients feel better, with quality and efficiency. 

Brandon Wiese, DO

Brandon Wiese, DO is a former Midwesterner who has migrated to Texas.  He was born and raised in Iowa and graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.  He received his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.

Dr. Wiese is a recent graduate from the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, TX.  He is an avid sports fan and has a background in computer repair.  Dr. Wiese lives with his wife, an Obstetrics/Gynecology resident and are expecting their first child in December 2014. 

Cynthia Amachree, FNP-C

Cynthia Amachree earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas in 2008 where she held many positions including president of her graduating class. She graduated Summa cum laude from Texas Woman’s University with a Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Cynthia is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. During her schooling she merited multiple academic scholarships and completed her master’s study with a Thesis presentation examining “The effects of vitamin D deficiency in patients with insulin resistance or beta cell dysfunction”.

Prior to completing her graduate program, Cynthia’s clinical background and work experience was in emergency medicine where she worked as a registered nurse at Houston Methodist Sugarland Hospital for many years. One of her many qualities include being the “patient’s advocate” as she strives to ensure that each client’s needs are met with mutual and realistic expectations. She enjoys educating patients and her friendly approach is soothing to many.

Cynthia is a proud and loving mother of two young daughters and enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband and kids in her spare time.

Lisa Attales, ENP

Lisa Attales, ENP is a native of Louisiana where she attended LSUMC in New Orleans and graduated with her BSN in 1991. She then traveled and explored the United States from coast to coast working in numerous Emergency Departments for a few years. She came to Houston in 1999 to pursue her masters degree an UTHSC and graduated from the Emergency Nurse Practitioner program in 2001. She has worked in Emergency Departments throughout the greater Houston area for the past 13 years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing with animals, cooking, and having fun with family and friends.

Abby Buterbaugh, PA-C

Abby Buterbaugh, MMS, PA-C received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphases in Economics and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.  She then received her Master of Medical Science from Saint Louis University and has been a Board-Certified Physician Assistant since January 2014.  She has over three years of experience in urgent care centers.  She enjoys the urgent care setting because it gives her a taste of everything in medicine and no two days are alike! 


When Abby is not at work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, exercising, being outdoors, cooking & baking, reading, and meeting friends for dinner at new places.  Abby is a new Houstonian and is enjoying getting to know this fun city!

Karen DuBose, ENP

Karen DuBose, ENP grew up in a military family, spending much of her youth in Japan.
Early on, while raising her children in San Antonio, she worked as a jeweler and goldsmith.

She received her BSN from the University of Texas Health Science center in San Antonio and later moved to Houston where she earned her MSN in the Emergency Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Texas Health Science Center. She has been involved in healthcare for over 20 years.

Karen enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family.

Dorothy Colon, FNP-C

Dorothy Colon, FNP-C was born in Long Island, New York, and has spent half of her life in the North Eastern United States, and the other half in Houston, Texas. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the State University of New York. Her Bachelor’s Degree was earned from Western Governors University. She received her Master’s Degree in Nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, graduating with High Honors. She has over ten years of Emergency Medicine experience. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and is a member of the Phi-Theta Kappa Honor Society, as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Dorothy enjoys painting, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Lenee Gordon, FNP-C

Lenee’ Gordon RN, MSN, FNP-C has been a nurse practitioner since January 2016. She is a Houston native. She obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through University of Texas at Arlington while venturing into travel nursing in California. She has been an Emergency Room RN for 9 years, including a leadership role at Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center’s Level 1 Trauma Emergency Center. She then obtained her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 through the University of South Alabama.

She is married and has two French Bulldogs. She and her husband enjoy extensive travel, hiking, running, and cooking. 

Bethany Hubenak, PA-C

Bethany Hubenak PA-C was born and raised in El Campo, Texas and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas in Austin. She then taught high school biology for one year prior to attending PA school at The University of Texas Medical Branch. She started her career in primary care and is truly passionate about medicine.


She is married with a maltipoo named Cash. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, doing puzzles, and shopping.

William Johnson, FNP

William Johnson, FNP was born and raised in Texas. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Houston. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with his Master’s Degree in Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. William is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. William enjoys cycling, hunting, and spending time with his family.

Christopher Jones, ENP

Christopher Jones, NP graduated from Bradley University in 1994 with his Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation he began service in the Army. He was honorably discharged in 2003, serving both active duty and reserve, with the rank of captain. He graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2001 with a Master's of Science in Nursing and is an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. He currently resides in Tomball and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Stephen Mack, FNP

Stephen Mack DC, FNP, originally from Los Angeles, California has been a primary care provider since 2004.  Stephen is alum of Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Biology in addition to being a scholarship football player. He graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences with his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine. He recently earned his Masters of Science in nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Prairie View A&M University located in the Houston Medical Center. Stephen is an avid sports fan and is passionate about health and fitness.

Heidi Mansy, NP

Heidi received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Houston-Victoria, and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She also completed a post-master’s certification in emergency medicine. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1998. Her career as a nurse was spent in the ER, ICU, and cardiac catheterization lab. Once becoming a nurse practitioner in 2012, her experience has been in both the ER and urgent care settings.

Heidi and her family are big Green Bay Packers fans, as evidenced by her two Yorkshire terriers being named Packer Tuff and bebe Lambeau! In her free time she loves spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and trying new restaurants.

John McDivitt, FNP-BC

John McDivitt, MSN, RN, FNP-BC earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1992 from The University of Dallas as well as his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997 from Texas Women's University. In 2001, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center where he became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. He has extensive experience in Emergency and Family Medicine. John is married and has one child. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, volunteering in activities for children with disabilities and spending time with his family.

Chandra McDonald, PA

Chandra grew up in Northern New Mexico and attended undergraduate school at Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO, where she majored in Cellular and Molecular Biology and minored in Chemistry.  She enjoyed all the outdoor activities Colorado had to offer and played DII college soccer for the school for several years.  She worked as a CNA in a nursing home after graduating, mostly in the Alzheimers unit.  She then moved to Denver, CO to attend Physician Assistant School at the University of Colorado.  She graduated from PA school in 2012 and moved to Grand Junction, CO to start working in an urgent care there.  She has been working in multiple urgent care facilities for the past 5 years and transitioned into working in the Emergency Room the past 2 years.  


Chandra moved to Houston at the end of 2016 to support her husband in his career relocation.  She currently resides in Katy, TX and is still trying to adjust to Texas' weather.  She lives with her husband and Golden Retriever.  They are expecting their first baby in July 2017.  She is a sports fanatic and enjoys hiking, camping, live music, and hanging out with her family and friends.

Michael Morris, PA

Michael Morris, PA is a Navy veteran who retired in 1995. Michael has been providing medical care for the last 35 plus years.  He has provided medical care in many spots on the globe including Antarctica. Medically well rounded, he  has working in orthopedics, urology,  and the emergency room.  Michael is a graduate of University of North Dakota and George Washington University. He is married, lives in Richmond Texas , and his hobbies include restoring old cars, travel, and photography.

Ammie Naples, FNP

Ammie Naples, FNP is a dedicated medical professional whose experience in the healthcare industry has spanned almost two decades and three continents. She has served in various capacities and specialties including but not limited to Ophthalmology, Occupational Health Care and Urgent Care. She obtained her Master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice at Prairie View A and M University, receiving highest honors as a Sigma Theta Tau awardee. She maintains a  leadership role in the safety and security  committee in  Estates of Silver Ridge, Sienna Plantation where she and her family resides. She is a hardworking individual whose life’s goals are ruled with ethics and respect and  geared towards  the service of the community.

Monica Nolan-Salazar, FNP-C

Monica Nolan-Salazar RN, MSN, FNP-C has been a nurse practitioner since 1998. She is a native Texan and was born in San Antonio and attended the University of Incarnate Word where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She then moved to Houston in 1994. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998. Monica has extensive emergency medicine experience and family practice experience. Monica was recognized for her Excellence in Caring, and was given the award for provider of the year in 2010. She is married and has three children and one grandchild. She enjoys traveling with her family, cooking and is a Girl Scout troop leader. Monica is also fluent in Spanish.

Ivan Ranada, PA-C

Ivan Ranada MS, MPAS, PA-C received his undergraduate and graduate degree from Texas A&M University- College Station. After completing his internship at the Health and Wellness Institute in Providence, Rhode Island, he pursued his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada. PA Ranada started practicing in urgent care in Bellingham, Washington. He and his wife, who is also a physician assistant, recently relocated to Houston to be closer to family and enjoy what Texas has to offer.

His research interests include health disparities and corporate health. He enjoys going on medical mission trips, cooking and traveling. PA Ranada grew up in Spain and is fluent in Spanish.

Tristan Richards, PA

Tristan Richards is a graduate of University of Texas - Pan American and is a certified Physician Assistant who treats his patients like family. He chose to go into medicine because he genuinely wants to help his patients, and guide them in making educated medical decisions.  Tristan has 4 years experience in general practice with emphasis in managing HIV in a family practice setting, which has given him the ability to manage each patient as a whole.  His experience also includes involvement in 20+ clinical research trials investigating new HIV treatments.  Tristan strives to practice innovative and comprehensive medicine to better serve the community. He recently relocated back to Texas with his wife and son in order to be closer to family.  In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

Virginia Salao, NP

Virginia graduated from her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1996. She got her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey with honors.

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

She moved from New Jersey to Houston due to her husband's job. She has worked in the Emergency Department, urgent care and Family Practice. Virginia enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends. She is a mother of three with 2 dogs. 

Chaim Sigler, PA-C

Chaim Sigler MPAS,PA-C received his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and dietetics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Following his undergraduate degree, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and completed his Masters of Physician Assistant studies degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. PA Sigler has worked in urgent care medicine as well as family medicine since 2009 and uses his background in nutrition to treat each patient as a whole.

When seeing patients in clinic, Chaim always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are treated like family.

In his spare time, Chaim enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 sons outdoors, cooking and playing piano and guitar. 

Jill Whitley, PA-C

Jill Whitley, PA-C, graduated with her degree in biology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in 2003.  She then went to the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for her Physician Assistant degree and graduated with honors.  Jill has practiced as a PA in Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care over the past 9 years.  Originally from the Katy area, she lives in College Station with her husband, Shawn, and their two Siberian Huskies, Titan and Tessa.  She enjoys cooking, gardening, and travelling in what little spare time she has.  

Robert Cain, PA-C

Robert Cain Jr. moved to the Houston area from San Diego California after a long tenure with Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. While at Kaiser he was a member of the Family Practice staff where he worked as a clinician in the department. He also served as a member of the Medical Group Advisory staff and intrumental in creating a Primary Care Foot Care Clinic that served over 250,000 members. Mr. Cain was responsible for the co-authoring the Health Appraisal Wellness guide performing welness examinations, he was involved in Primary Care Orthopedics where he performed joint injections ans trigger point injections.

He completed his medical physican assistant training at the University of Nebraska where he recieved his healthcare degree as a PA. He did a 1 year preceptorship at the US Navy Hospital in San Diego. Afterwards he attended graduate school at the University of Northern Colorado where he studied Phsychology, Counseling and Guidance. He also attended the Newport University School of Law and Nova South Eastern University Health Care Law program. Mr Cain has an extensive background in orthopedics, urgent care, and emergency care. In addition to his clinical experience he has a background as a college instructor and enjoys teaching and research.


Kimberly Hess PA-C

Kimberly Hess RD, MMS, PA-C received both a bachelors of science in nutrition and dietetics and a master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies from Saint Louis University in Missouri. She has a background in Gastroenterology and Emergency Medicine. She has worked for several hospitals in the Houston area.


Kimberly is married, has two beautiful children, and two cats. She enjoys outdoor activities and travel. 

Kristen Katzen, PA-C

Kirsten Katzen, MS, MPAS, PA-C received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University-College Station graduating in 2008. She pursued her Masters or Physician Assistant Studies degree at University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston graduating in 2010. She then began practicing in Emergency Medicine in Houston, Texas and has continued to practice in both Urgent Care settings and Emergency Medicine for the past 7 years. 


She and her husband both work in the medical field, and enjoy traveling, exercising, being outdoors, cooking and trying out new places in Houston. 

Ijeoma Okoro, FNP

Ijeoma Okoro, FNP was born and raised in Nigeria. She moved to Houston in 2002. She received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Houston Comunity College in 2009. She went on to get her Bachelor's in Nursing in 2012. She worked as an Emergency Room Nurse for over 7 years before she completed her Master's in 2015. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. IJ as she is fondly called is an avid sports fan who also enjoys traveling with her husband and 2 daughters. 


Abby Edwards, FNP-C

Abby Edwards, DNP, APRN, FNP-C has been practicing as a nurse practitioner since January 2014. Prior to that, she graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. She spent several years working as a bedside nurse in a variety of critical care settings, including adult neuro-surgical, neonatal, and pediatric intensive care, while working on her graduate education. Both her Masters of Science in Nursing and Doctorate of Nursing Practice degrees are from The University of Kansas. As a nurse practitioner, she has continued to work with patients of all ages in both retail and urgent care settings.


Abby and her husband relocated to Houston, Texas in 2016. In her free time, Abby and her husband enjoy traveling and watching sporting events—particularly soccer and KU basketball. They have two pets, a dog and a cat.

Shelby Kiles, MD

Shelby Kiles is a dedicated and diligent primary care doctor serving the community of Houston, TX. Dr. Kiles attended Texas A&M University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency in family medicine at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.


She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Patients see Dr. Kiles for a variety of reasons, including hair loss, sleep problems, injections, migraine, and arthritis. She speaks English and Spanish fluently, which makes her widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Kiles received the Texas Physician Practice Quality Improvement Award in 2013. She was also involved in the local Kerrville community by acting as a Diabetes Camp-Medical Staff Leader at Lion’s camp facility.


Dr. Kiles is uncompromising in her dedication to the well-being of her patients. She is committed to giving the best care and establishing long-lasting relationships with them. She exhibits her passion in the care and precision she takes with her patients.


Robby Korah, NP

Robby Korah started working in Medicine 7 years ago. He was born in a small town called Lufkin and moved to Houston at a very young age. He is  a huge Rockets fan, and love sthe Texans. Just as much as watching sports he enjoys playing them during his free time.  His next greatest passion is food, which includes eating and cooking.
