CEO and Medical Director
Juliet Breeze, MD graduated from Northwestern University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English. In 1995, she earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. She completed residency training in Family Practice at Memorial Hermann Southwest in 1998 where she received the Norma Culver Outstanding Family Practice Resident award. She founded a private practice in Richmond, Texas and worked in group practice for four and half years before leaving to pursue the business aspect of medicine.
She served as the CEO of Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic for ten years and the President of Kingsland Surgery Center for three years. She has project-managed all aspects of design, construction, and operations for several hospitals, surgical centers, and physician practice start-ups.
Currently she serves as CEO and Medical Director of Next Level Urgent Care, LLC where she is able to combine her business skills with her primary care background. In Next Level Urgent Care she has combined her customer experience focus with her dedication to quality and consistency of care.
Dr. Breeze enjoys traveling, language study, and cooking in her free time. She also enjoys time with her husband, children and host of pets.
Chief Medical Officer
Robbyn L. Traylor, MD is a 6th generation Texan who was raised in Fort Bend county. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Prairie View A&M University. After this she attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine where she graduated in 2005. Dr. Traylor attended the Wesley Family Medicine residency program, and is a board-certified family physician.
During her professional career she has gained experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and immediate care. She is grateful for the opportunity to provide quality care for patients of all ages in the greater Houston area.
When Dr. Traylor is not caring for patients, she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
Terence Chang, MD FAAFP completed his undergraduate studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He went onto obtain his MD from UTMB in Galveston, Texas and completed his residency at the Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Chang finished his medical training at Bayfront Sports Medicine Fellowship Program with the University of South Florida and Eckerd College.
Dr. Chang is a fellowship-trained, board-certified sports medicine family physician and has been with Next Level Urgent Care as a staff physician since October 2013. Prior to Next Level, he served as faculty physician at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program, taught medical students from Texas A&M and UTMB as a clinical assistant professor, and practiced at Physicians at Sugar Creek and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital.
When Dr. Chang is not at Next Level, his passion for sports medicine is keeping him busy. He has served as head medical team physician for a local NCAA Division 1 university and captain for the Houston Marathon’s finish line medical team. Dr. Chang also provides event coverage for USA Volleyball and Ironman Triathlons and is a peer reviewer for the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.
Wil Jeudy, MD was born and raised in Rio Grande, Texas and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He completed his medical degree at UT Health Science Center - Houston and went on to finish his residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital. Dr. Jeudy specializes in Medical Bariatrics.
When Dr. Jeudy is not caring for patients, he is enjoying live music, photography, cooking, traveling, or exercising.
He would like to add that he is generally awesome.
Director of Employer Services
Dr. Karen Rakers is originally from rural Illinois, and attended Saint Louis University for undergraduate studies and medical school. She completed her residency at MacNeal Family Medicine in Berwyn, IL and has since practiced general family medicine and been a consultant in compliance review. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Rakers is married with three children and lives in the Sugar Land community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, traveling, and exploring the Houston area.
Dr. Umah was born in Missouri and graduated from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in 2009. She then completed her residency at Memorial Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Umah is a board certified family physician.
When Dr. Umah is not working at Next Level Urgent Care, she is practicing family medicine in other hospital and clinical settings in Richmond, Texas.
Dr. Umah loves her work at Next Level Urgent Care due to her interest in acute care and minor procedures. She looks forward to continuing to work with Next Level Urgent Care in helping patients feel better, with quality and efficiency.
Cynthia Amachree earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Lamar University in Beaumont Texas in 2008 where she held many positions including president of her graduating class. She graduated Summa cum laude from Texas Woman’s University with a Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Cynthia is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi and Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society. During her schooling she merited multiple academic scholarships and completed her master’s study with a Thesis presentation examining “The effects of vitamin D deficiency in patients with insulin resistance or beta cell dysfunction”.
Prior to completing her graduate program, Cynthia’s clinical background and work experience was in emergency medicine where she worked as a registered nurse at Houston Methodist Sugarland Hospital for many years. One of her many qualities include being the “patient’s advocate” as she strives to ensure that each client’s needs are met with mutual and realistic expectations. She enjoys educating patients and her friendly approach is soothing to many.
Cynthia is a proud and loving mother of two young daughters and enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband and kids in her spare time.
Lisa Attales, ENP is a native of Louisiana where she attended LSUMC in New Orleans and graduated with her BSN in 1991. She then traveled and explored the United States from coast to coast working in numerous Emergency Departments for a few years.
She came to Houston in 1999 to pursue her masters degree an UTHSC and graduated from the Emergency Nurse Practitioner program in 2001. She has since worked in Emergency Departments throughout the greater Houston area for the past 13 years.
In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, playing with animals, cooking, and having fun with family and friends.
Karen DuBose, ENP grew up in a military family, spending much of her youth in Japan.
In her past life, while raising her children in San Antonio, she worked as a jeweler and goldsmith.
She went on to receive her BSN from the University of Texas Health Science center in San Antonio and later moved to Houston where she earned her MSN in the Emergency Nurse Practitioner program from the University of Texas Health Science Center. She has been involved in healthcare for over 20 years.
Karen enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Dorothy Colon, FNP-C was born in Long Island, New York, and has spent half of her life in the North Eastern United States, and the other half in Houston, Texas. She received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from the State University of New York and her Bachelor’s Degree from Western Governors University. She went onto complete her Master’s Degree in Nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, MO, graduating with High Honors.
Dorothy has over ten years of Emergency Medicine experience. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and is a member of the Phi-Theta Kappa Honor Society, as well as the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
When Dorothy is not caring for patients, she enjoys painting, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Lenee’ Gordon, FNP-C was born in Highlands, TX and is a graduate of University of South Alabama. There, she obtained her MSN FNP-C degree.
Lenee’ has 12 years of experience in healthcare, with 10 of those years being spent as an ER nurse and 3 years as an FNP-C in ER and urgent care. One of Lenee’s most notable achievements is obtaining her DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) in May of 2019.
When Lenee’ is not caring for patients, she is traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
Lenee’ resides in Houston, TX with her husband, daughter, and 2 French Bulldogs.
Bethany Hubenak PA-C was born and raised in El Campo, Texas and completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Texas in Austin. After finishing college, she went on to teach high school biology for one year prior to attending PA school at The University of Texas Medical Branch. She started her career in primary care and is truly passionate about medicine.
Bethany is married and has a maltipoo named Cash. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf, doing puzzles, and shopping.
William Johnson, FNP was born and raised in Texas. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from University of Houston. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with his Master’s Degree in Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
William is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners, and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
When William is not caring for patients, he is cycling, hunting, or spending time with his family.
Christopher Jones, NP graduated from Bradley University in 1994 with his Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Upon graduation he began service in the Army. Christopher graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2001 with a Master's of Science in Nursing and is an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. In 2003, he was honorably discharged from the army, serving both active duty and reserve, with the rank of captain.
Christopher currently resides in Tomball. When he is not caring for patients, Christopher enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Stephen Mack DC, FNP, originally from Los Angeles, California has been a primary care provider since 2004. Stephen is alumna of Eastern Michigan University where he majored in Biology in addition to being a football player on scholarship. He graduated from Southern California University of Health Sciences with his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Medicine.
Recently, Stephen earned his Masters of Science in nursing degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Prairie View A&M University, located in the Houston Medical Center.
Stephen is an avid sports fan and is passionate about health and fitness.
Heidi received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Houston-Victoria, and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. She also completed a post-master’s certification in emergency medicine. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1998. Her career as a nurse has been spent in the ER, ICU, and cardiac catheterization lab. Upon becoming a Nurse Practitioner in 2012, Heidi has spent most of her time in ER and urgent care settings.
Heidi and her family are big Green Bay Packers fans, as evidenced by her two Yorkshire terriers named Packer Tuff and Bebe Lambeau! In her free time she loves spending time with her family, traveling, shopping, and trying new restaurants.
John McDivitt, MSN, RN, FNP-BC earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1992 from The University of Dallas as well as his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1997 from Texas Women's University. In 2001, he earned his Master of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Houston Health Science Center where he became board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
John has extensive experience in Emergency and Family Medicine.
John is married and has one child. In his spare time, he enjoys surfing, volunteering in activities for children with disabilities, and spending time with his family.
Michael Morris, PA is a Navy veteran who retired in 1995. Michael has been providing medical care for the last 35 plus years.
Michael has provided medical care in many spots on the globe including Antarctica. Medically well rounded, he has worked in orthopedics, urology, and the emergency room.
Michael is a graduate of University of North Dakota and George Washington University. He is married and lives in Richmond Texas. When he is not caring for patients, Michale enjoys restoring old cars, travel, and photography.
Ammie Naples, FNP is a dedicated medical professional whose experience in the healthcare industry has spanned almost two decades and three continents. She has served in various capacities and specialties including but not limited to Ophthalmology, Occupational Health Care and Urgent Care.
Ammie obtained her Master’s degree in Family Nursing Practice at Prairie View A&M University, receiving highest honors as a Sigma Theta Tau awardee.
Ammie maintains a leadership role in the safety and security committee in Estates of Silver Ridge, Sienna Plantation where she and her family reside. Ammie is a hardworking individual whose life’s goals are ruled with ethics and respect and geared towards the service of the community.
Monica Nolan-Salazar RN, MSN, FNP-C has been a nurse practitioner since 1998. She is a native Texan and was born in San Antonio and attended the University of Incarnate Word where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She went onto graduate from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston with her Masters in Family Nurse Practitioner in 1998.
Monica has extensive emergency medicine experience and family practice experience. Monica was recognized for her Excellence in Caring, and was given the award for provider of the year in 2010.
Monica is married and has three children and one grandchild. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her family, cooking, and leading her Girl Scout Troop. Monica is also fluent in Spanish.
Ivan Ranada MS, MPAS, PA-C received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Allied Health and Health Education/Corporate Health from Texas A&M University- College Station. After completing his internship at the Health and Wellness Institute in Providence, Rhode Island, he pursued his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Las Vegas, Nevada.
After PA school, Ivan started practicing in urgent care in Bellingham, Washington. He has been in urgent care for 8 years.
Ivan grew up in Europe (Spain, Italy, England) and tries to visit his family as often as he can. He enjoys going on medical mission trips, trying new restaurants, cooking and traveling. Ivan currently resides in Cypress, TX with his wife and 2 children.
Virginia graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing in 1996. She got her MSN in Family Nurse Practitioner from Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey and graduated with honors.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, Texas Nurse Practitioners and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
She moved from New Jersey to Houston due to her husband's job. She has worked in the Emergency, Urgent Care and Family Practice settings.
In her spare time, Virginia enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends. She is a mother of three with 2 dogs.
Chaim Sigler MPAS,PA-C received his undergraduate degree in Nutrition and dietetics from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Following his undergraduate degree, he moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and completed his Masters of Physician Assistant studies degree from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
PA Sigler has worked in urgent care medicine as well as family medicine since 2009 and uses his background in nutrition to treat each patient holistically. When seeing patients in clinic, Chaim always goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are treated like family.
In his spare time, Chaim enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 sons outdoors, cooking, and playing piano and guitar.
Jill Whitley, PA-C, graduated with her degree in Biology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in 2003. She then went to the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for her Physician Assistant degree and graduated with honors.
Jill has practiced as a PA in Family Medicine, Ob/Gyn, Emergency Medicine, and Urgent Care over the past 9 years.
Originally from the Katy area, she now lives in College Station with her husband, Shawn, and their two Siberian Huskies, Titan and Tessa. In her free time, Jill enjoys cooking, gardening, and travelling.
Robert Cain Jr. moved to the Houston area from San Diego California after a long tenure with Kaiser Permanente Medical Group. While at Kaiser he was a member of the Family Practice staff where he worked as a clinician in the department. He also served as a member of the Medical Group Advisory staff and was instrumental in creating a Primary Care Foot Care Clinic that served over 250,000 members. Mr. Cain was responsible for the co-authoring the Health Appraisal Wellness guide to performing wellness examinations. He was also involved in Primary Care Orthopedics where he performed joint injections and trigger point injections.
He completed his Medical Physician Assistant training at the University of Nebraska where he received his healthcare degree as a PA. He did a 1 year preceptorship at the US Navy Hospital in San Diego. Afterwards he attended graduate school at the University of Northern Colorado where he studied Psychology, Counseling and Guidance. He also attended the Newport University School of Law and Nova South Eastern University Health Care Law program. Mr. Cain has an extensive background in orthopedics, urgent care, and emergency care.
In addition to his clinical experience he has a background as a college instructor and enjoys teaching and research.
Kimberly Hess RD, MMS, PA-C received both a Bachelor’s of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics and a Master’s of Medical Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Saint Louis University in Missouri.
Kimberly has a background in Gastroenterology and Emergency Medicine and has worked for several hospitals in the Houston area.
Kimberly is married, has two beautiful children, and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and travel.
Kirsten Katzen, MS, MPAS, PA-C received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University-College Station graduating in 2008. She pursued her Masters or Physician Assistant Studies degree at University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, graduating in 2010. She then began practicing Emergency Medicine in Houston, Texas and has continued to practice in both Urgent Care settings and Emergency Medicine for the past 7 years.
She and her husband both work in the medical field, and in their free time, enjoy traveling, exercising, being outdoors, cooking and trying out new places in Houston.
Sharon Johnston ENP/FNP-C graduated from University Texas Medical Branch where she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She also completed her post-masters certificate in Emergency Trauma at the University of Texas Health Science. She is dual board certified in Emergency Medicine and Family Medicine. She has extensive experience in emergency medicine and urgent care.

Christine Wan, MD was born in Oklahoma and is a graduate of Baylor University. She obtained her MD at UTMB Galveston. She completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, specializing in Family Medicine. Dr. Wan has 18 years’ experience in the medical field. A few of Dr. Wan’s most notable achievements include helping various companies set up clinics and programs for their employee health and developing expertise in workers’ compensation cases.
When Dr. Wan is not caring for patients, she is cooking, reading, and traveling. Dr. Wan resides in Houston with her husband, 2 daughters, and 2 cats.
Ofonime Ntia, APRN was born in Nigeria and is a graduate of Maryville University, where he obtained his Masters of Science degree.
When Ofonime is not caring for patients, he is playing or watching basketball, reading anything he can get his hands on, and spending time with his 5 year old twins and 3 month old baby girl.
Ofonime resides in Sugar Land, Texas with his wife and children.
Scott Brown was born in Ohio and moved around the United States while his dad served in the Air Force.
Scott has a Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University, a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hill University, and his MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M.
He has over 20 years of emergency medicine experience. When Scott is not working, he enjoys golfing, rock climbing, and supporting his children during their sporting events.
Shelby Kiles is a dedicated and diligent primary care doctor serving the community of Houston, TX. Dr. Kiles attended Texas A&M University, where she received her medical degree, and completed her residency in family medicine at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.
She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Patients see Dr. Kiles for a variety of reasons, including hair loss, sleep problems, injections, migraine, and arthritis. She speaks English and Spanish fluently, which makes her widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds. Dr. Kiles received the Texas Physician Practice Quality Improvement Award in 2013. She was also involved in the local Kerrville community by acting as a Diabetes Camp-Medical Staff Leader at Lion’s camp facility.
Dr. Kiles is uncompromising in her dedication to the well being of her patients. She is committed to giving the best care and establishing long-lasting relationships with them. She exhibits her passion in the care and precision she takes with her patients.
Robby Korah was born in Lufkin, Texas and moved to Houston at a very young age.
He has been working in the medical field for 7 years now and really enjoys working in acute care.
When Robby is not caring for patients, he is likely cheering on his favorite sports teams: The Rockets and the Texans. When his favorite teams are not playing, Robby might be engaging in his own sports match with friends, or pursuing his greatest passion, food, either by cooking or eating.
Jessica Sinclair, FNP-C was born in Flowood, Mississippi and is a graduate of the University of MS Medical Center, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Tamika Cole,PA was born on the military base of Fort Seal, Oklahoma and she has been raised in multiple cities across the country with Houston being her family’s final stop.
She attended the University of Alabama where she received her Bachelors in Science degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish. Tamika received her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Tamika loves reading, spending time with her family and watching the TIDE ROLL during football season.
Hilliary Spivey, PA-C was born in Clarksdale, MS and is a graduate of Mississippi Valley State University. She obtained her Masters of Science in Medicine degree at Mississippi College.
Hilliary has 4.5 years’ experience in the medical field.

Jennifer Roth, M.D. was born in Miami, FL and is a graduate of Brandeis University. She obtained her Medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. Jennifer completed her residency at Montefiore Medical Center in NY, specializing in Family Medicine.
Melanie Farrell, PA-C was born in Galveston, TX and is a graduate of University of Texas San Antonio. She obtained her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at UTMB in Galveston in 2014.
Melanie has practiced as a PA in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, and urgent care.
When Melanie is not caring for patients, she enjoys shopping, fishing, and traveling. Melanie lives in East Bernard with her husband and dog.
Kaimera Lacey, APRN, FNP-C, is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where she attended Langston University, and graduated with her BSN in 2000. She graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2006 with a Master’s in Nursing Education. After working in hospital administration for many years, she obtained a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO. Her career as a nurse has included travel nursing, and working in the ER, ICU, bariatric medicine, and organ transplantation.
Kaimera is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her background and work experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner includes urgent care, emergency medicine, and primary care.
In her free time, Kaimera loves to spend time reading, shopping, cooking, and traveling the world. She is a proud wife and mother to three children.
Deepa Somcio, MD was born in Gujarat, India and is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. She completed her residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, TX, specializing in Family Medicine with a fellowship in Obstetrics.
Deepa has thirteen years’ experience in the medical field. A few of Deepa’s most notable achievements include specializing in women’s health and taking part in short-term international medicine trips.

Brenda Chavez, NP was born in Kansas and is a graduate of Wichita State University. She obtained her MSN degree specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the year 2000.

Allison Taylor, NP-C was born on the military base in Sumter, South Carolina and moved around the United States while her father served in the Air Force. She has lived in Asheville, North Carolina for the majority of her adulthood until recently relocating to her husband’s hometown in Texas.
She attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, afterwards working as a RN in Pediatrics and PICU. Allison obtained her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Western Carolina University, and has worked as a NP in occupational medicine and urgent care.
Allison has 12 years’ experience in the medical field.
When not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, traveling, cooking (and eating!), and cheering on the Astros. Allison resides in Lake Jackson, TX with her husband.
Douglas Biediger, PA-C was born in Castroville, Texas and is a graduate of University of Texas Medical Branch. He obtained his Physician Assistant degree at UTMB. He completed his residency at UTMB, specializing in emergency medicine.
Douglas has 23 years’ experience in the medical field. One of Douglas’s most notable achievements was being inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society.

Ana Bermea, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, was born in Richmond, TX and is a graduate of UT Health Science Center Houston where she obtained her MSN and post-masters certification in emergency medicine.

Tim was raised in Texas and attended Texas A&M University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in biology in 1983 and a master's degree in microbiology in 1984. He then began medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas, graduating with a medical degree in 1989. From there he went to Chicago to complete a residency in Emergency Medicine and began his career in medicine. After a few years at a level one trauma center in Houston, Time began a long career in entrepreneurial endeavors, primarily in medicine including building a 400 plus physician group, and construction of several health care facilities. After a brief attempt at retirement, Dr Seay found a home at Next Level Urgent Care Centers where practicing medicine is again very rewarding.
